He has held senior commercial and quantity surveying roles on some of the region’s most significant developments, including NEOM Industrial City (OXAGON), The Line, the Madinah Haram Expansion Project, the Haramain High-Speed Railway, and Dubai World Central’s airfield and infrastructure works — providing commercial leadership across both pre-contract and post-contract stages, from RFP management and tender documentation through to contract administration, claims and variation assessment, final accounts and contract closeout.
